An excellent service ,we picked up our new trailer on Saturday and could not of asked for a better service ,Ian was very helpful ,they even made me a temporary number plate ,as I had forgot to bring mine with me ,explaining everything from hitching and servicing ,a first class service ,I would highly recommend to anyone

It's refreshing to deal with a company that are genuinely a pleasure to work and we are delighted with the new Debon C500 trailer they have supplied to us. A most professional service from very knowledgeable staff. The showroom has available all varieties of trailers, allowing the opportunity to select the most appropriate system for individual needs. The hand over was completed very thoroughly. I even had an ongoing problem with the tow-bar, that had been passed as OK by the car supplier, rectified ! Thank you; it is a shame that I only need one trailer!

Without a doubt one of the nicest, most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful businesses I've ever dealt with. So much so that I chose Michael and Big Bear Outdoor over a much nearer business - my closest Brenderup dealer/retailer is 5 minutes away from my house. But my less than satisfactory experiences with them made me reluctant to part with near £1000 for a trailer. I had to travel a 150 mile roundtrip to get to Big Bear Outdoor in Oundle, but it was worth every minute and mile in order to give my business to these guys.Absolute pleasure to deal with. First rate trailers and first rate service, well worth the 240 mile round trip to collect and drop off the hire trailer. Needed one to to take one of my bikes to an annual owners club event in Poland involving A 2,000 mile round trip. Excellent service. 250 mile round trip well worth it.EDIT: Just completed our first 350 mile camping trip with this trailer - excellent, no issues. Its surprising how much camping kit wi fit in this trailer. I highly recomend it.
